Niigata municipalities have begun distributing the stimulus payments! All foreigners (age 19-64) registered as of Feb 1, 2009 are eligible to receive 12,000 yen. Please see here for instructions and templates of the forms.

Congrats to our very own Niigata Charity Musical participants on another excellent performance in Murakami this weekend! Only 2 shows left: March 7th on Sado, and March 14th in Niigata City. Come see Snow White and the Seven Samurai and help support education in Papua New Guniea!
