Niigata Ultimate Frisbee
The Niigata City International Exchange Foundation has organized a number of events in the name of fun maximization and cultural enrichment. If you are into sports, or just want to make new friends while getting some exercise, drop by NUF, the Niigata Ultimate Frisbee School and Beginner's Clinic. Ultimate Frisbee games and instructional sessions are held once a month. Beginners are very welcome.
